About Kayla Joy

My name is Kayla Joy Sokoloff. I am currently living and working in Washington DC as the Bronfman Fellow at Hillel International.

My life has taken a completely different path than I ever could have expected, considering I started this journey as a dance major, but I have learned and slowly come to grips with the notion that things never turn out the way you plan, and I am eager to continue learning and growing through this process.

  1. Hi Kayla! I just read your 20something post and it was great! It’s awesome that you found a new career path but are still open to anything. 2 years is a long time, so definitely try to make the most of the rest of your college experience and enjoy it, and everything will work out! Keep it up and good luck!
